Service
BatchDog is a meal-planning, batch-cooking and food-diary application provided online through Telegram, the web and mobile apps. It is not a medical service. Prices of paid plans are shown in the app before purchase, with taxes included where they apply and no delivery costs.

Intellectual property
The BatchDog name, the Batchy dog character, artwork, texts and software are owned by the operator or used under licence. Recipes and content entered by users belong to them (see the Terms of Service).
Complaints
Write to hello@relaxgames.studio. We confirm receipt with a reference number and answer within 15 days at most (Art. 21 TRLGDCU). Consumers resident in Spain can also contact their regional consumer authority or the municipal consumer information office (OMIC). We have not joined the Spanish consumer arbitration system (Sistema Arbitral de Consumo) or any other alternative dispute resolution scheme, and no law obliges us to. If we cannot resolve your complaint, our answer names an accredited dispute resolution body that can deal with it, such as the consumer arbitration board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) of the Comunitat Valenciana or of your region, and says whether we agree to take part (Spanish Law 7/2017). If you live in the Comunitat Valenciana, you can also ask us by email for an official complaint form (hoja de reclamaciones).
