Delete your BatchDog account or data

This page explains how to delete your BatchDog account (the family meal-planning app in Telegram, on iOS and on Android), or only some of your data, and what we keep afterwards and for how long. The full rules are in the Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
BatchDog is made by Relax Games Studio, the trade name of Maksim Paleyeu, a self-employed sole trader registered in Spain, who is responsible for your data. Deletion requests and questions: hello@relaxgames.studio. Operator details are in the Legal Notice.
2. Delete your account and all your data
In the app
- Open BatchDog and sign in to the account you want to delete: in Telegram, in the iOS or Android app, or in a browser.
- Go to Profile → Data & privacy → Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, type the confirmation word and tap Delete for good.
Deletion starts at once and cannot be undone; there is no waiting period. If a step fails on our side, our server finishes it within an hour. If your account is linked to Telegram, the bot sends you a confirmation. If you want a copy first, use Profile → Data & privacy → Download my data.
If you pay for BatchDog+ with a Telegram subscription, deleting the account cancels it. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled: cancel it in your store account.
In Telegram
Send /deletedata to the BatchDog bot. It explains the steps and how to reach us. The deletion itself is done in the app (as above) or by email (below).
By email, if you no longer have the app
Write to hello@relaxgames.studio with the subject "Delete my account" and tell us how you signed in: your Telegram @username, or the email address of your account. To make sure the request comes from you, we may ask you to write from the Telegram account linked to BatchDog or from that email address. We then delete the account the same way as the button in the app, within 30 days, and confirm.
3. Delete some data and keep your account
Unless stated otherwise, everything is in Profile → Data & privacy. The data is deleted on our servers at once and on your device; your other devices follow at their next sync.

4. What is deleted, what we keep and for how long
When you delete your account, we erase from our live database at once: your account, profile, health answers, body data, food diary, Batchy, consent records, your invite link, your family invitations and the statistics records with your account ID. The copy on the device you used is erased too; on another device, delete the app or clear its data.
Some records stay, for the reasons and periods below:

5. Family groups
- Your personal data (profile, health answers, body data, food diary, Batchy) is deleted in every family you were in. Other members' accounts and data are not affected.
- If other members remain, the shared pantry, recipes, menus, shopping lists and family members without an account (with their diaries) stay with them. The family owner, or the longest-standing member, takes over what you created and, if you were the owner, becomes the owner.
- In family menus your name is removed; your portions stay, so the shopping list and the cooking plan still add up.
- If you were the only member, the whole family is deleted with everything in it, including family members without an account and their diaries.
- AI day packs and bonus days belong to the family and stay on its balance.
- If a family member without an account should be deleted too, delete them in Profile → Data & privacy before you delete your account (section 3).
