What we collect

Each of these leaves your device only with your consent. Without it, the data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Sources

You (or the parent or guardian who enters data for a child), and our own calculations from what you enter.

How we use it

To calculate calorie and macro targets, to leave foods you told us to avoid out of menus and to flag possible conflicts with your answers (these checks look for words and can miss ingredients), and to show your progress and food diary. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it and do not use it to train AI models.

What we share and with whom

Your rights

We answer within 45 days. We can extend this once by another 45 days when reasonably necessary, and we will tell you if we do.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We decide within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state Attorney General (Washington: www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint).

Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date and ask for your consent again before using consumer health data in a materially different way.
